I really thought I'd love this place, but the reception was unstaffed and the shower was shockingly small, as if I was supposed to be a contortionist. I also had high hopes for a room upgrade, considering all my troubles, but alas, I guess that's just for the 'special' guests. Could've been better.

The room was large, I had really amazing experience.
Every detail of this absolutely great property was fine. The view was STUNNING and the staff were amiable and accommodating. The location was magnificent and stunning, nice in the immediate area outside, in the good area. The restaurant had warm food, really enjoyed it.

Very good location, decent room.
The window of the room I stayed was overlooking a busy street, as well noise isolation between rooms is poor so noise and slamming doors was a bother. The 'available wi-fi' listed on the web was for additional charge.

Very conveniently located in central Mannheim close to many local attractions, restaurents,shopping , markets and within walking distance of the train station. Perfect fore anyone looking for a reasonably priced comfortable central location. The room was very clean and suited us fine.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our time visiting the local train station and nearby museums. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, especially with my dad along. The central location really made it easy to explore Mannheim.
My kids wished there were family-friendly amenities like a fridge. A little more attention to room temperatures would also help.
